sklad — privacy policy

Everything Sklad remembers — saved radio stations, your playback queue, chosen devices and the library cache — lives only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes all of it. Nothing is ever uploaded anywhere.

Sklad talks to media servers and audio players on your own local network, using open protocols (UPnP/DLNA, OpenHome) and manufacturer control protocols. This is why iOS asks for the Local Network permission. Your music streams directly between your devices; it never passes through us — Sklad has no servers.

Station search uses the community directory radio-browser.info. Your search text, and the standard technical data of any web request (such as your IP address), reach that service. Playing a station connects your player to that broadcaster's public stream. Sklad adds no identifiers to either.

If this policy ever changes — for example when optional paid features arrive — the new version will be published here with a new effective date.
